1. Step 01

   It becomes one row

   Your name, your email, what you wrote and any phone number go into a single record, with the time it arrived, and a copy is emailed to us. Those are the only things about you that it holds — no account is created, and nothing else is attached.

2. Step 02

   What comes back is one line

   The page tells you it was sent, and that is the whole of the reply: no reference number, no status page to refresh. It means the server answered — not that anyone has read it yet.

3. Step 03

   The email you typed is the only way back

   It is the one address the record holds, so a typo in it is the one mistake this form cannot recover from. The phone box above is optional; if you fill it in, it is saved with your message and sent to us with it.
